Chat Request Guidelines

• Chat hours are scheduled between 9 AM Eastern and 9:30 PM Eastern time.  (All time requests must be converted to Eastern Time.)
• You'll be asked to provide three dates and times.  Donna travels frequently and schedules the chats around her travel.
• The time you request should be 30 minutes to an hour after your group begins meeting so Donna's call comes in when you are already in discussion and not still handling meeting details.
• Chats are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
• Chats are not limited to the US.  As long as it can be scheduled within the hours listed above, Donna is willing to chat in other countries as well.
